One day, I received an unexpected phone call from Bethany House Publishers. As you may know, they have an impressive line of historical fiction, and they wanted to base some of their new covers on photographs I'd taken for one my fashion books (Victorian & Edwardian Fashions For Women).

I thought that was pretty neat...and then I discovered several of the covers were for Janette Oke books! Now I was really excited :)
